DIRECTIONS FOR USE

SEPARATION IS NATURAL, STIR & USE. Use a grape-sized amount each evening, applying 20 minutes before bedtime. Massage onto the soles of your feet and gently onto your calves. For children, apply only to the soles of their feet. In case of migraines, massage onto the head and neck as the symptoms begin.
