We are passionate about creating high-performance organic skincare, cultivating a culture of grace, and encouraging women to recognize what God has placed within them.

Tempal Grace Hitt’s childhood playground was her parents’ Cincinnati salon and spa, so perhaps it’s no surprise that the daughter of two beauty-industry entrepreneurs would eventually build a skincare company of her own.
A self-described “potion mixer” from an early age, Tempal became serious about what we put on our skin after the birth of her first child in 2005. Faced with her son’s allergies and persistent skin issues, she began searching for natural alternatives. That search led to years of research into holistic wellness, organic ingredients, and the powerful ways they can nourish and support the skin.
Grace isn’t just something we put in a jar. It’s how we live.
Grace Green Beauty was born from a desire to live more simply, naturally and intentionally. Today, we call Grace Green Acres, our farm in Lebanon, Ohio, home. Here, we grow food and herbs, work with our hands, and make every Grace product in small batches—staying close to the land and close to the values that started it all.
But Grace Green Acres has become more than a home for our products. It’s also a sanctuary—a place where rescued animals are given a home and people are welcomed, loved and given space to heal.
For Tempal, that heart extends far beyond skincare. Through her work with Crowned Image Ministries, she helps women pursue healing, freedom and restoration in Jesus. Because at the heart of Grace has always been something bigger than beautiful skin: loving people well.
The heart of Grace is reflected in the people behind it. Grace Green Beauty is brought to life every day by an incredible group of women Tempal lovingly calls her GraceGirls. They’re more than coworkers—they’re true friends and teammates, working side by side, sharing life, solving problems, creating together, and filling one another’s cups.
And we can’t forget Nick, Tempal’s husband, whose steady support and dedication have been a backbone of Grace from the beginning.
Together, we reflect the many facets of a gem—each one unique, but all shining brighter as one.
Grace (verb): Favor or goodwill. The exercise of love, kindness, compassion, mercy, favor: the disposition to benefit or serve another.
We believe grace was meant to be given away. Giving is woven into who we are. We intentionally use what God has placed in our hands to love, serve and support others in meaningful ways.
