This is a favorite of our patrons. Smoked local chicken is prepared with creamy house-made mayo, celery, red onion, dill, and crunchy Granny Smith apples. This salad is a perfect blend of savory with a touch of sweet.

We’re on a mission to bring ethically produced food to your table. All our ingredients come from wonderful farms where the animals are pasture raised and the produce is organically farmed.
