Napa Kimchee: Like no other, our Napa Kimchee takes a classic side dish and twists it up with a punch of flavor. A mash up of garlic, ginger, and Korean chili makes this sour ferment everyone’s favorite.
Sour Pickles: Cool and briny, the Sour Pickles crunch with a lot of garlic, dill, and horseradish. We keep it “old world” style with this one.
Curried Cauliflower: Bright flavors abound in our Curried Cauliflower. A floral array of Indian spices highlight peppers, green onions, and of course plump cauliflower. This ferment is sure to surprise you!
Giardiniera: A lot of tang and a little heat! Our Giardiniera is a versatile ferment that can top sandwiches, garnish bloody Mary’s, or make a tasty snack. Packed with a bunch of cauliflower, carrots, onions, and a touch of jalapeno, this ferment has already become a favorite.
Caraway Kraut: What would Cincinnati be without sauerkraut? We offer 2 varieties. The always classic Caraway Kraut snaps with a mild nutty essence.
